From hot to cold

Happy  Christmas happy new year,

I have been reading loads lately from Paulo Coelho to educational books,  and also had been working loads (nothing new ain't it?)

.Since I have been traveling I had more or less abandoned this blog, I never intended to write for money  though, back then this was a channel for me to express my anger and frustrations.

Then here comes the travels...

I wrote this the first time with so much things to say but now they have all  diluted into vapor that later transformed into supernova of colors.

Lately I have been playing  working  around Bali ,Shanghai, Singapore, jakarta , Singapore  among few to mention

and  2 family trips to Malacca, one because we were looking for a poster bed and  i managed to get myself a parking ticket and second time because i wanted to  pay my parking summon which was a nightmare.

Taking chances... again and again ... and again

It's all about running.

I am trying to juggle so many things in my life at the moment, blessed with an amazing family  who are always very supportive with what I do,friends who are always there for me there is nothing else I could ask for.
Syukur, gratitude...alhamdulilah

I have  few surprises in store, but you have to wait until the place finally can be called "a store" -that's a  discreet hint eh? ;)

My lucid reality.

It has been a while that I write , like really WRITE.
Having your own blog especially  a personal blog that revolves around your routine would automatically revealed yourself,  to the world.I am trying to find that balance  in between my  reality  of being a full time product chef  that requires me to maintain not only my integrity but also my  company's, and my fantasy of being a writer that touches many aspect  of everything under the moon.

At the moment the space I between my dreams  and reality is put  to the  test on daily basis I am thinking of people whom I love dearly, people who left us, people  who put  smiles on my face...I think of our good times  and to be honest , I do not know how to tell this feeling anymore that every time I am  flying, I looked outside each time, all the time... wondering in between cirrus and cumulus   that   they somehow are in peace as much as peaceful  and white as the  cotton candy cloud  makes me feel.
it's been years  that my father left us and  i lost my grandfather this year's march.I wish we have more time together, I wish  we could all eat lush food  and relax on weekend such as today, but I also know  that the mightiest power  loves you more.I succumbed to this fact,obliged to that fate present to me.

This morning I got up in my own bed at home, nothing compares  to that scent of your  own room.Went  for coffee with my mum and end up getting  a rattan shelve that my mother suggested for me to keep all my lotion and potions,  my clients love giving me all this fancy  pricey lotions :) thanks a lot.

I know somewhere out there you too are thinking of me too.happy Eid people, selamat raya haji.

In between The alphabet H

A month ago I was in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (again!!!yes!! )  for work.As  usual the team there always surprise me with their kind  hospitality.

Stay at cosiana was amazing, small hotel that fits all my needs.
never judge a book by it's cover, the room was good and so does the  restaurant. 

Keep Calm

I am a worker, not a talker , not a "show off-er ", not a  credit taker.
For all the  tasks given  and unexpected tasks in between  i need sufficient time and instrument, should I not have those, I believe I deserve to stress out...just a lil bit.- A wise girl

I had a discussion with a friend from the same career about time management and how some people are just bad at  being punctual, about some  people just text you saying"hey" at  a wrong time while you are working on serious tasks, and how we chefs take things like efficiency  seriously and sometimes turned moody at times, that one happiness burnt for no definite reason.

That is just because we  take our jobs seriously and we have people not to disappoint, when this occurs everyday, at some point you need to freak out.

By the way work aside, as usual I feel that I haven't manage my time so well...tasks done and tasks  needs to be done are not leveled up  and recently I have not been doing things that I love most, not doing any exercises or going out with my love ones.
I will try to  make time to all the things I love before it's too late.We all still have the space we need to use it wisely not only using it to stress over things that you could not control.

Goodbye yesterday, Hello today and I  will try to adjust my time well.

Hoooray for Hong Kong.

Hong Kong never , never fail to impress me,from the then till now my  activities in hong kong always revolves around either work , work , work or eating and shopping with friends.
This time I  was in HK for HOFEX where my beloved company participate, it was indeed a wonderful experience with a big team that are young and mixture of different nationalities

I have not much pictures this time around as i am always busy with work, but i would  love to suggest some new and some regular places that i usually go when i am in Hong Kong

1.Isola at IFC mall -just because they are awesome and the food are too.!highly recommended-the sea bass!
2. Woolo moolo just because  they serves nice steak and the view at the deck is spectacular.
3.Taku at  Elgin Street soho,if you love japanese, this is the place and james the manager would take  wonderful care of each and everyone of his guest.Thanks for taking care of us!
4.Ozone at the ritz carlton, on the 118th floor i would be a self confessed high floor addict!
