what is palak paneer without making your own Paneer!(Indian cottage cheese)
Maureen who came earlier chose masala madness and the girls who had redeemed for her world's coupon had learnt easy peasy tapas /snacks.I had a great time and I would like to say thank you to all of them for coming , Maureen for girly talk and advice that I will keep for my entire life and Joan , Kelly , Kelly (2 Kellys!),Hana and Jenny for sharing your time with me , it was a pleasure having you ladies around.At this moment 'Derailed" the movie is on, not that much of a "Jennifer Aniston" kinda person and I am in my living room overlooking the towers through my balcony while typing this.
I would like to take this opportunity to apologise to some friends-I know I said I would go to so many parties held this weekend but sometimes duty comes first and i can't stay up late therefore I have decided to come back early after dinner, especially when tomorrow I have special guests for my cooking class ,I am having a great time!I have always love cooking and sharing is the best gift that I can give.Love it , love it ,love it!!

I would also like to say happy birthday to my old friend Ana Dewi in Bali Indonesia who used to be with me in the Four Seasons family, Although we are far away and not under the same roof , I want her to know that I think she is such a sweet person and I am praying for her health and happiness .Ana, don't party too hard tonight... yeh right!
